Uluru, Northern Territory, 5:30pm
This location captures much emotion for Indigenous Australians. It doesn't rain too often around Uluru. To capture nature in all its glory you need all of natures elements to fall at the right time, and needing to be there at that precise time. Most of the day was mildly cloudy at 18 degrees. I sat my camera up with a lens to capture greater distance in this image. I had been waiting patiently from 4:00pm to capture a shot most people wouldn't get to see while visiting Uluru. This felt like a one in a million chance to get a storm and sunset over Uluru while on my short stay. Rare, I love it.
